Terrible customer service. I ordered a window and 10 days later called to find out where my window was, they had not ordered it and stated, 'we needed more information'. Why could they not call me for this? So, I gave them the needed information, 10 days later, called to find out if my window had come in, and, guess what? The window had not been ordered. The lady was rude and told me to go somewhere else. Guess what? We will never do business with them again.
