I took my Jeep in for a simple speaker replacement and when I got it back my passenger and one rear door were completely broken. I could not roll down the windows or open the doors from the inside. When I called about the doors the owner claimed that the doors not working was my fault because I had an old car. I drive a well maintained 2002 Jeep and I have never had any problems with my doors or windows.
