I purchased a new Haywood filter, pool pump, and essentially all of the outside %u2018works%u2019 involved with running a pool from Pinch-A-Penny in Mt. Dora, Florida late November 2009. The service was very fast and at that time the service rep was pleasant to speak with. I was provided with a very short pamphlet of information on the filter containing short instructions on how to clean the filter. The rep told me to read the brief instructions, and said to take the filter apart weekly, rinse off the filter and add chlorine. He also told me to run the equipme
