These are definitely not good people to deal with. I am not sure why this business still exists in Eugene. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AAA QUALITY APPLIANCE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE!!! We had to sell our laundry machine and dryer before we move out, so we called this business to see if they can buy those items. The company sent Mark on July 6, 2010 at around 4:30 pm. He told us that they will purchase the appliances for $100 and would pick those up in the morning of July 10. On our move-out day, the company did not show up as promised, so I called to see what
