After having work done by them, we called them out to install shower fixtures. The owner stopped by and asked what the plumber had quoted us. I told him $125 and he flipped out in front of me, venting bout his employees. He said, "they expect the big bucks for the job, but they don't want to charge anything for it." He then insulted me by asking why I purchased the brand I did. He said that it is horrible and will break in less than a year."
