Review
We were sent out this company from American Home Shield to look at our furnace. Preston's attempted to triple charge us for work not covered by AHS and he attempted to do the work without permits. When questioned on these issue he walk away from the job leaving my wife and three young children in the cold at the start of winter. When American Home Shield sent out a second contractor he stated that the heater Preston ordered was over-sized and would not work for our home causing further delays for our return to a warm home.
