Allstar Drapery owner Dennis Kipnis has unscrupulous Business practices. My Company Abode Blinds formed a contract to subcontract to install blinds in a school in Gary Indian back in June 2013. My business completed our part of the contract but this man does not believe he has to pay people to do his work. I am putting this out there to let clients and other Businesses what they might be getting into.
