I have been a visitor to the Village Bakery for over twenty years. When my children were young a quick stop for gingerbread men or women or cookies was a must. My dinner guest enjoyed the most delicious desserts that a forty mile drive from Athens could afford. And when my daughter decided to marry, she chose to use the Village Bakery for her wedding cake. The cake was delivered on time to the Athens Country Club, an out of town venue, and was not only delicious but was gorgeously decorated and expertly adorned with brilliant crystals.
