Jim McGill of A-1 Appliance misrepresented items and expense needed for repair and subsequently lied about parts and followup appointment. 7-29 Jim told me our Whirlpool built in oven needed a touch pad @ a cost of $483 plus 1 hour of labor. I asked about the thermal fuse since I had researched online and found it exhibited similar symptoms. Jim told me our oven did not have a thermal fuse and this part is what would fix it. 7-31 Jim installed touch pad. Oven still wouldn't heat. Jim told me at this point the part is non-refundable.
