Moved in during August 2011. If you like noise, this is the place for you. Neighbors that talk loud in the breezeways. Cars thumping their music at all hours of the day, kids out of control. They give you a list of community rules, but don't enforce them at all. Oh and the roaches! They come with the apt. The exterminator is a moron and which you have to pay for! Greystar seems like a good company, because they are trying to fix the place up, but the manager has been here for about 20 years. The noise from Beltline drives me nuts because of the idiot drivers
