I wouldn't even give 1 star if I didn't have too!! Horrible experience!! If he is your realtor or one you HAVE TO work with make sure everything is in writing and signed by all proper parties before believing a word of anything he says. Appears very nice, kind, and caring upfront, but don't let his good guy, family man exterior fool you. Enter into any transaction very cautiously and with both eyes wide open!!
