I had the unfortunate luck of having my car towed by this company after I totaled it in an accident. The customer service I received was nothing short of appalling. I was stranded at Billerica PD until a friend came to pick me up. I had previously called and was told they closed at 5. Due to traffic, I was unable to be picked up & get to Stan's until 5:10. However, there was a car parked outside the shop and a man inside counting out money from the day at the desk. I apologized that it was after 5, but explained my car had been totaled and I wanted to gather
