To try to make a Very LONG story Short. I had a house fire in March, 2011. Servpro was brought in by my insurance co. They called OFF their own cleaning & then turned in a FRAUDULENT bill !!! I've been arguing with them ever since. State Farm called me at a point as they saw a "couple" of odd charges, they sent me the bill & when I got it, I was Appalled at all the charges..I have pictures as well as "rags", where I done some wipe & swipes..I've been complaining from the beginning, whether it be, word of mouth, social media, signs in
