I went to Grease Monkey and planned on having services done. I had a coupon and low and behold the manager tried charging me $100 more than the coupon had said! The manager was arguing with me and yelling at me in front of other customers. He grabbed the receipt out of my hand. When I returned home, I noticed he overcharged my card by $102. What? I called and told them of their mistake and they have refused to credit my card. They charged me $61 just for an oil change which included a $10 off coupon.
