NOT PROFESSIONALS!! My Mother-in-law had water damage in her home, reported to the insurance company. We talked to the claims adjuster,who said that ServPro would be there that evening or the next morning. When they didn't show up she called, denied having an appointment. They only want to do work if the insurance company will pay for it. When I called to find out what was going on, the owner has very rude. He was very unprofessional, not showing up to give an estimate or at least a phone call is inexcusable and yelling at a potential customer is not good bu
