This company does not honor their quoted price. I was quoted $120 (by phone) for a basic coil cleaning in Hackettstown, NJ. When the technician arrived the price for Hackettstown was $145. The service technician had the secretary call me. She apologized for the mistake but would NOT honor the quoted price. I guess the customer doesn't come first with this company - only their profit! DO NOT use this company! The technician did a great job and was very apologetic. Too bad he works for such a slimy company.
