We craved a good NY Deli...and drove nearly 40 mi to find one. As soon as you walk in Perotti's all you see are banners, sticker, signs and more signs exclaiming "Thumann's Deli NO MSG!!" Now, Thumann's may be a great deli meat supplier...but thats NOT the point. NOTHING in this Deli is homemade...the meats are Thumann's, the cheese is Thumann's...the deli sides are, you guessed it...Thumann's. Not a single effort is put forward to relinquish and identity of the owners outside of THUMANN'S deli...get it? The sandwich I ordered was a S
