NO STARS was NOT an option I could choose. So 1 star it is. Warning to anyone thinking of renting from this business, or its other company Westcoast Realty: Although you may be treated nicely most or all of the time by these folks, they have a long history of inflating normal wear-and-tear into chargable damages, billing themselves through their non-registered "repair" business at way-over-fair rates, and listing normal upkeep items on your checkout inspection as damages you are responsible for (like charging for work done to common areas outside o
