I will never use window world. I called them on a Friday (april 22nd) to set up a free estimate, on the following Monday they called me to confirm my Tuesday appointment. They called me on Tuesday about 2 hours before my appointment to reschedule because of who knows what... they rescheduled for Thursday at 7:30... I guess the guy forgot, as nobody even showed up or called. They have done nothing to even come close to earning my business. I called them the following day and explained what happened, the lady apologized and promised to have the owner call me... St
