Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I made an appointment the week before and explained to them what I needed and asked them to make sure their salon was equipped to handle it and I was reassured someone would be there who was capable. I show up for my appointment and explain to the receptionist what I needed done, she checked me in and asked one of the students to go get their instructor. 15-20 minutes later the instructor came and I explained to her what I needed done (even though it should have been on the computer) she said she didn t know if anyone
