Is there a rating for ZERO stars' I've been living here for 2 years now and while the location is great, the management and their policies are ridiculous. Every year they increase the rent to a level that is unreasonable. After the first year, we decided to deal with it since moving was such a hassle for us, but now that we're nearing the end of our second lease, we decided to purchase a home.
