I took the kids down to sonic to get a frozen treat and the women on the intercom said "Its gonna be a while" are you aloud to say that I thought!! So I didn't wait around for my order there was only 6 other cars there so I just couldn't see how it was gonna take a while. I would recommend customer training at his sonic teach your employees to say "we will be right out with your order" or " can I get you some cheddar peppers with that order" or " thank you for choosing sonic your order will be ready in no time"
