the owner of this company is the rudest person i have ever met in my entire life. He is truly a hateful and selfish person. i woul recomend never using this branch of servicemaster! he will tell you there is more problems than there really are. i told him not to tear out my living room ceiling, and so did the insurance adjuster. when i came home my whole living room ceiling was on the floor, and he was giving me an attitude about it. i was told later by another company, abd a contractor that it wasn't nessecary! he caused my family so much extra stress.
