When I made my appointment to have them clean my carpet I was told that the best way to clean a carpet was to use their CTS system and it would remove all dirt and stains. Of course the CTS method cost more by $34. I was also told I could use a Credit Card to pay form this service but they would charge an extra 3%. When the service man came I was told that their credit card system was down and therefore my choices were to pay in cash or by check. That I could handle.
