We (Signal Butte Ranch) had a "special meeting" Innovative Property Management company ran the whole meeting, the community manager Wendy Burton and the Owner of the company Alex Winter (whom are husband and wife) called for motions & even had a police officer escort a homeowner out of the meeting when he asked a question. Innovative Property Management has had private meeting with a majority of our current board making up new rules & policies with out letting homeowners know. Innovative Property Management has "lost" certain homoeonwers/board member
