I needed a taxi on short notice and the internet only gave me 2 options in my fairly small suburban town. One was not answering their phone, so I tried this one. I was given a 20 minute wait time but I was concerned that wouldn't be fast enough, as I had to get somewhere by a certain time. When I said to put in for it and I'd call him back to cancel if the person I was meeting could not wait, he said "No, I'm not playing games with you." I asked him for other taxi companies in the area and he said something about how they were all going out of busines
