I stopped in early last week after leaving a couple voice messages late the week before looking to schedule a massage before my gift certificate expired on Sat 10 May. I was greeted by a friendly lady at the front desk who scheduled my appointment for Monday 12 May. I showed her my gift certificate before scheduling and she said that only 2 days late should be just fine since I was on the schedule before it expired for the next business day.
