OMG!!!!!!! I have NEVER in my life been treated so bad by an establishment that I have been given my business to for over 9 years. I've been going to HOUR GLASS Cleaner for over 9 year. The business was bought over by someone else about 5-6 years ago, but I continued my loyalty to the business. I used their pick up/ delivery service and had a monthly bill of at least $400-$500 dollars. About 3 weeks ago I went to pick my dry cleaning, at that time I was informed by the owner's wife that my $800 dollar brand new white jacket with leather trimmi
