OMG!!!!!!! I have NEVER in my life been treated so bad by an establishment that I have been given my business to for over 9 years. I've been going to HOUR GLASS Cleaner for over 9 year. The business was bought over by someone else about 5-6 years ago, but I continued my loyalty to the business. I used their pick up/ delivery service and had a monthly bill of at least $400-$500 dollars.
