Even though their website has yet to catch up with their expansion into the San Diego County area, APS is big enough to be experienced in the Job Placement Industry, yet small enough to offer prospects realistic opportunities and placement. Many competitors are so overwhelmed with candidates throughout So-Cal, they toss out offers in all directions. A $10/hr job is great, unless it's 120 miles away!
