AWFUL!!!! Dr. Stern INSISTED on putting my husband under for his vasectomy, in order for them to OVERCHARGE US by $400!! I When I called the billing office to ask about all the charges, she blatantly told me that she would not be able to make any adjustments, and then when I started getting upset she hung up on me. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.
