I apologize for the all-too-blunt title, but I would hate for anyone to go through the mess that we have gone through. My friend flew in from Connecticut on Southwest Airlines on Saturday. Regrettably, they lost the luggage for the entire flight. They were able to return my friend's luggage to the airport by Sunday. We were informed that the luggage would be delivered by Executive Delivery on Monday morning. All day Monday we awaited a delivery that never came.
