Okay, so this car wash opened recently near our home and my husband and I have used it a few times. Well on July 31, 2010 my husband decided to take my car through the carwash on his way back from running errands. When he arrived home he got out and walked around the car to see how clean the car was. That's when he noticed the dent in the front bumper. This was no small dent but about a baseball size dent. He immediately took the car back to the car wash where he and the attendant then watched the DVR recording of my car coming into the wash with no dent and then exit
