CFCV is the place to be if you are serious about fitness. It doesn't have that muscle head feel of the gym. The "team work" and spirit in that place is infectious (in a good way). Ron & his staff have your absolute best interest at heart. The beauty of cross fit? It can be scaled to any level. Keep up the good work!!!!
