We just finished having our home redone with approx. $9k worth of windows, and I would not recommend this company to anyone I know. Unfortunately for the installation team and the fabrication crew who both provide an excellent product, the office running the operation has made this transaction more stressful than it needed to be. We had to change our window style at the last minute (after our deposit check had already been cashed) because the factory no longer made the style we ordered several weeks back, our calls from the office weren't returned when they sa
