I bought a desktop from them at the beginning of 2010 at a great price, and in december my daughter messed around and got a virus on it. I took it right back to them and they cleaned it up for a great price compared to what best buy wanted to charge for it. I had my PC back in 3 days and was surfing the net like it had never happened.
