If I could give no stars, I would. Working with Grand View was not a good experience. They said they were going to fix items on our inspection list when in fact, they had no intention of doing so. At the final inspection, there were only two things that were half way completed and their construction manager had no knowledge of some of the other items on our list. This shows me that the owners of the company had no intention of fixing the items. They most likely thought that we had no other choice but to take the house even if 5 major items were not fixed.
