Was seeing another dr in her office/clinic. I needed a refill on prescription and my doc not available, so in steps Dr Polak (she owns the clinic). Because she did not agree with my Dr's treatment she would not fill the prescription, left me hanging with no meds and then went so far as to order MY Dr to change his treatment plan. FYI this treatment plan has been in place for years and is working fine. You know the saying "doctors think the are God" she does...what arrogance! And there are many other problems with her staff and their treatment of patients...
