They put roofs on two houses two years ago. Got a leak and I've called 5 times and they won't come out or even commit to make an appointment to come out. Spoke with Larry the owner. I know know that the crappy customer service comes from the top. He said they were too busy and could not commit to an appointment. Anna is useless, she has told me she would get someone to get back to me and nobody has called.
