I was referred to Cut Rate Sewer & Drain by word of mouth. Their employees were friendly, but their equipment and training was substandard. The owner of the business berated me for construction materials used on a project that his business completed a number of years ago. The owner's attitude was poor, and he was rude, crass and mean spirited, in addition to refusing to complete the service requested.
