They are service provider for Whirlpool, but they are interested in your $65 service call fee. When it comes to repair they will never come to you or call back for a month as the policy is $65 is good for 30 days. Now they will start calling you to get that anther $65. They are less than average. Better Business or Dept of Consumer Affairs people should go after these people so they will not do this to others. Please stay away from these people!!
