Lacking in customer service and organization! I've just never seen a business run so backwards. A few of the senior guys running the repair department are surly and sarcastic to their customers. I don%u2019t know if they are good at repairs, but they certainly get an F-minus in customer interaction. The 2 NEW fellows are nice. However, at least one senior guy should never be in the position of dealing directly with customers (on the phone or in person)%u2026%u2026with his prima-donna attitude. We just want service, but we get only %u201Cdebates
