GC Tom Phillips Disrespectful and full of profanity. I wouldn't let this guy build my dog a house! Likes to bully and talk down to people over the phone, disrespect people by calling them names filled with profanity, and thinks his subcontractors are his slaves that he can abuse. If I could have given negative stars I would have.
