We ordered 12 yards each of topsoil and mulch from Paquin's Mulch. Upon delivery of the topsoil (delivered first), I only received 7 yards (based on my calculation of volume). I called and complained and Leigh told me there had been an error, and that I would receive the rest of my topsoil the following day. I received another load which gave me the correct balance of topsoil. The next day, I received my load of mulch, which I could plainly see was again short a significant volume.
