You will LOVE Rocc! Nicole does everything and more to help you with all your fitness goals. She has gone the "extra mile." I'm grateful for the experience and everything I have learned! I loved their "Home Run for a Healthier You" summer program! The program kept me going daily with the different base event cards. I even finished the program and made a "Home Run!!"
