I've ordered from several different Papa Johns. Never had an issue until this one - most store managers or owners will be honest and apologetic if there is a problem. Not looking for any money, but these people wouldn't even offer up an apology. Ordered pizza two weeks ago. Delivery estimate online was 40 minutes which seems pretty typical. After an hour I called to which the manager, Gabby, answered "We've been slammed. Your pizza has been under a heat lamp for 20 minutes, so it will be warm when you get it.".
