Fridgadaire told me to use them, so I did. They came out a week later found the problem left ordered the part and installed it another week later. Since then it failed on me within 30 days, but trying to get ahold of these people is rediculous. Message after message I left with them before finally talking to someone who told me they'd have to look up my info, and never returned my call.
