I live in one of CMI's apartments on S. Livingston Street and there is mold all around the windows. I am not talking about a little mold it is is every area possible on the window and seal around the window. CMI's solution is to paint over it over and over. I have the same issues with Cynthia as the roach review. They are awful, do not fooled by the price of the apartments.
