I'm very disappointed in the service of Country Homes Power Equipment. I purchased a new Stihl chainsaw Farm Boss in the Summer of 2008. At that time they offer a package to purchase a spare chain and 3 tuneups for roughly the price of a new chain. It seems like an easy decision. The catch is that you have to do the tuneups during their slow time in January and Febrary. I still agreed. I cut about 5 cord of wood and the saw was everything I hoped for.
