Horrible, unprofessional service! Condescending and rude! I spoke with the owner of Instant Sign and Banner over the phone while I was working on ideas for a sidewalk sign. I had a specific idea of how I wanted to make the sign and wanted to know if his business could accomodate my requests. The owner was initially helpful and it seemed his services would work for me. When I stopped by a week later it was a completely different story. He was having trouble understanding what I was asking for.
