Zero stars!! Carlos who was rude did not have my appt and did not have any of the instructions that I gave to Nicole the owner. He traumatized him. He was not himself for over a week. He did not follow my directions on the haircut, cut his skin, did not clean his eyes or pluck the hair out of his ears. The owner took no responsibility, acted like they were the best and beyond doing any of this and simply did not care. She even lied and said how much he enjoyed taking the bath. He hates baths.
